Sometimes...

The Internet is a fascinating medium and social media is an amazing, dynamic, powerful and everchanging channel! However, occasionally I miss the times when blogging / forum posting was a bit like yelling into an endless chasm - just screaming the sensation out of your system and feeling it reverberate against the walls of global disinterest. That's impossible now that a creepy guy watching my webcam can quote lyrics from my favorite bands' songs and a complete stranger can post the details of my family's geneology..... Maybe it's best that I'm stuck silently stewing in my own emotional juices.
